Journey leading to the launch of Sparkle.

My IT experience (of 15 years) has been quite enriching and rewarding.  I want to be thankful to all my employers, particularly my first employer (TCS) for the formative guidance, mentorship and the whole array of opportunities that were presented to me.  The experience gained through these opportunities at different places in different capacity, has been the essence of my professional stature.

The opportunities in Process Reengineering & Optimization and Project Management training have been particularly rewarding from the perspective of creating inroads into thinking in the lines of Process Optimization, Project Management Consulting and Project Management training.

Talking about Project Management Training, I still recall my Chicago days in 2003, when I was preparing for my PMP certification and was part of mid-west study group.  The preparatory programs have not been as structured as they are at present.  But still, the opportunity to interact with project managers/Business relationship managers/Account managers from different background and with different profile, left such a strong inspiration to emulate the success stories of some of those high profile professionals.  That is the single biggest positive power of networking. Apart from equipping you with the contacts, it has the power to inspire you positively to a long-lasting effect.

Subsequently, I cleared by PMP in Oct-2003 and ever since, I have been contributing back to PMI as a trainer, helping aspiring Project Managers to achieve PMP certification.  I would be very honest in admitting that the best mode of learning is by teaching.  That too, when you discuss PMP topics with a set of intellect Project Managers, your knowledge could only become better and stronger.
